Return & Exchange Policy
ONLINE RETURNS
For purchases made online, you can return your purchases online and in-store. Exchanges for online purchases may be completed in-store or by mailing back your online return.
You can receive a full refund within 14 days from the shipping date or merchandise credit on an eGift Card within 30 days from the shipping date. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.
IN-STORE RETURNS
You can exchange online purchases in-store or online (based on availability) within the online return window. For in-store purchases, you can exchange or receive store credit within 14 days of purchase.
EXCHANGES
You can exchange online purchases in-store or online (based on availability) within the online return window. You can also exchange in-store purchases or receive store credit within 14 days of purchase.
Exceptions
Jewelry & Intimates: All sales are final and not subject to return.
Dresses: Returns or exchanges may require a 15% restocking fee.
Dresses: Returns are accepted within the return window for online or in-store purchases, provided the original tag remains attached, and the dress is in unworn condition. Only dresses returned with the original tag will be eligible for a refund.
Sale Merchandise: All sale and discounted items are final and not subject to return.
